THE FEES AND ENROLMENT POLICY FOR 2025

FEES

  • For students enrolling in Term 1, the annual tuition fee is $430 per student.
  • An early payment discount of $50 will apply if payment is made in full before 2nd March 2025, reducing the annual fee to $380 per student.
  • There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $60 for new enrolments to cover the costs of textbooks and materials.
  • For students who enroll after Term 1, the fee is $150 per remaining term.
  • If a student enrolls part way through a term, they can choose to pay a single lesson fee of $20 per class.
  • Payment is required to be made by bank transfer.

  • Payments are to be made via bank transfer. The schools bank account details are:

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

  • The following documents are required in order to complete enrolment: 
  1. Completed Enrolment Form;    2025 SSCLS Enrolment Form
  2. Proof of electronic payment of fees;
  3. A copy of the Creative Kids voucher (if applicable).
  • Enrolments cannot be finalised until these documents are provided to the school.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are available for unattended semesters. The first Semester comprises Terms 1 and 2. The Second Semester comprises Terms 3 and 4.
  • Fees paid for textbooks and materials are not refundable.
  • Refunds are processed at the end of each Semester (i.e., at the end of Terms 2 and 4.)
  • Fees paid using the Creative Kids Voucher cannot be refunded.

ENROLMENTS

  • The school accepts children from Kindergarten to Year 12 who are enrolled in a NSW school.
  • The student must enroll using the same name as they use in their primary school or high school.
  • Children younger than Kindergarten age will not be accepted.
  • Students not enrolled in a NSW school may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval of the Executive Committee.
  • Fees for students not enrolled in a NSW school are $150 per term plus the one-time enrolment fee of $60.

INSTALLMENTS

  • Families with two or more children can pay in two instalments, half at the beginning of Term 1, and half at the beginning of Term 3.
  • Instalment payment are not eligible for the early payment discount, which requires payment in full by Week 4 of Term 1

FAMILY DISCOUNT

  • Families with three or more children from the same address will receive an extra discount when enrolling for the full year as follows:
  1. The third child will receive a $50 reduction.
  2. The fourth child will receive a $75 reduction.
  3. The fifth child will receive a $100 reduction.

GENERAL

  • Conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Flexible or alternative payment options can be arranged subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.

TERMINATION

  • A 10 business day notice is required for any withdrawals/termination. This allows us to finalize class schedules and arrange any necessary adjustment.

 

As a registered provider for the Creative Kids program, you can redeem your voucher with us and let your child develop new skills. Enrol them in a new activity so they can create something great.
